This is accomplished by hearing shiurim and vaadim from our Roshei Yeshiva, Rabbi Reuven Buckler, a legendary Maggid Shiur and Rosh Kollel who has semicha from the founding Rosh Yeshiva of Ner Yisrael in Baltimore, Rav Yaakov Yitzchok Ruderman, zt”l and Rabbi Yakov Moshe Nordlicht a popular Maggid Shiur, dynamic writer, Rav and community leader.

Imagine hearing shiur from a Rav who had a direct connection with Rabbi Ruderman who himself absorbed the wellsprings of the Slabodka approach to Mussar and personal development from its original proponent and builder, Rav Nosson Tzvi Finkel, the Alter of Slabodka and who remains in constant contact with the venerated Mashgiach and Mussar Master, Rav Don Segal shlit"a.
